The Burma Education Fund was established to support much-needed educational programs in the Thai-Burma border areas. We have come together to raise awareness of the dire state of education inside Burma and specifically to help support the Minmahaw Education Foundation, operating just over the border from Burma in Thailand.
The Burma Education Fund is a subcommittee of BADA, the Burmese American Democratic Alliance, and is comprised of an all-volunteer staff.
We are based in the US, in the San Francisco Bay Area.
